Elevate your standards. Expand your revenue.
A four-month mastermind for established stylists who are ready to attract better clients, increase their income, and operate like a true business owner instead of a service provider. A space for stylists committed to mastery, precision, and exponential growth.
If you’ve been working nonstop and still feel like your business isn’t where it should be, this is where that changes.
Being a stylist is one skill.
Running a business is another.
Most stylists never learn the second.
The Standard is a four-month mastermind for experienced stylists who are ready to close that gap.
Better clients. More money.
A business that doesn’t rely on you working nonstop.
Join us June 8, 2026-October 8, 2026.
You’ve built a styling business that should feel successful.
You have clients. You’re making money. Your effort is producing. But behind the scenes, it feels different.
You’re constantly working. Overextending yourself. Overgiving your time.
Your schedule is full, but your income doesn’t reflect the effort you’re putting in.
Nor does it match the level you know you’re capable of.
You’re:
- relying heavily on referrals, so when they slow down, your business does too
- lacking a clear marketing or networking strategy to consistently bring in clients
- taking consults that eat up your time and don’t convert
- tracking hours instead of charging for the transformation you deliver
- wanting to raise your rates, but unsure how to do it without losing clients
- thinking about growth, expansion, and scale—but it still feels out of reach

Some months feel strong. Others make you question everything. You’re constantly trying to maintain momentum, figure out where the next client is coming from, and keep things moving.
And when something falls through—a client doesn’t renew, a deal doesn’t close, a slow week hits without inquiries—it throws you off more than you’d like to admit.
Because there’s no real system behind your results.
When something dips, you don’t know exactly what to fix. You can’t identify what’s causing the problem. You just know you need to do something. So you default to doing more of what you already know. But that doesn’t solve the problem. It just keeps you stuck in it.
Working hard. Burning out. Without a clear strategy to create momentum. Operating reactively.
So your results stay inconsistent. And you find yourself thinking:
“I should be further along than this.”
“Why does this still feel so hard?”
“Is there a ceiling on how much I can actually make doing this?”
“Will I always be working 24/7?”
“If I step back and take time off, will everything fall apart?”
The issue is not your talent, your taste or your skill level. It’s not your work ethic either.
The real problem is that you’ve never been taught how to run your business like a business.
Most stylists are taught how to style. Very few are taught how to think, decide, and operate like a CEO.
So what happens?
You hustle. You experiment. You try different strategies without a clear system. And make decisions based on emotion instead of data.
Like posting more when things feel slow. Changing your pricing after one client says no. Trying a new strategy because someone else said it worked for them. Or making more connections, but not knowing how to turn them into real opportunities.
You stay busy, but you don’t actually move forward. So you keep repeating the same cycle. And wear your grind like a badge of honor.
It’s not a lack of effort. It’s a lack of structure, standards, and strategy.
Once those change, everything changes.

You can build a business that actually works the way you want it to.
- ◆︎Where you work with clients who respect your time, your process, and your pricing.
- ◆︎Where your income is no longer tied to how many hours you can physically work.
- ◆︎Where it grows without you needing to do more and more to make that happen.
- ◆︎Where you can take time off without everything falling apart.
- ◆︎Where you can put your phone down and actually be off.
- ◆︎Where you’re not taking every consult that comes your way. You’re closing the right ones.
- ◆︎Where your business runs on systems that support you instead of relying on you to hold everything together.
- ◆︎Where you know exactly where your clients are coming from. You’re not guessing anymore.
- ◆︎Where you have space to think, to create, and to actually enjoy the work you’ve built your career around.
- ◆︎Where you decide who you work with, how you work, and how much you earn.
That’s what it looks like to operate at a higher standard.

This kind of business isn’t built by accident. It’s built by raising your standards across the board.
In how you position yourself. How you attract clients. How you convert opportunities. And how your business sustains and grows over time.
At this level, better results don’t come from working harder, they come from operating differently. It looks like:
Developing a clear client acquisition strategy—
so you know exactly where your clients are coming from, instead of relying on referrals or hoping the right people find you.
Structuring your marketing so it actually produces results—
not just visibility, but consistent, qualified inquiries across the right channels.
Positioning yourself to attract higher-caliber, aligned clients—
through your brand, your messaging, your presence, and the rooms you put yourself in.
Using networking, referrals, and strategic relationships intentionally—
so you’re not just meeting people, but creating real opportunities, introductions, and long-term momentum.
Designing consults that convert—
so your time isn’t spent on conversations that go nowhere, and the right clients move forward confidently.
Building your client base around people who book, refer, and expand over time—
so your business grows through relationships, not constant new outreach
Managing your time and capacity like a business owner—
so your schedule supports your priorities, not just your availability.
Expanding your opportunities beyond one-to-one services—
through media, brand partnerships, and additional revenue streams that increase your income without increasing your hours.
And knowing how to scale—when it makes sense and how to do it without creating more chaos.
And at the center of all of it, learning how to think and operate like a CEO. Not just a stylist, independent contractor, or freelancer.
So your decisions are based on what actually produces results, not what feels urgent in the moment.
Because your results aren’t random. They’re produced.
And when you understand what’s producing them—and how to change it—you stop chasing results and start creating them.
Introducing The Standard
A four-month mastermind for established stylists who are ready to attract higher-caliber clients, increase their income, and operate like a true business owner, not just a service provider.
This is where you build the kind of business you just read about. Not through more content. Not through trial and error. But through clear strategy, structure, and execution.
This is not a beginner course. This is for stylists who are already working, who have clients, who are making money, but know there’s another level they haven’t figured out yet
The Standard is where you close that gap. So your business becomes more profitable, more predictable, and no longer dependent on you to hold it all together.
What’s Inside The Standard?
Over four months, you’ll move through a structured process designed to change how your business operates.
Each phase is supported by weekly module content—so you’re not just being coached, you’re working through a clear framework step by step.
Phase 1: Foundation, Authority & Positioning
We start with how you show up and how your business is perceived. You’ll strengthen your personal authority, refine your positioning, and align your presence, messaging, and standards with the level you want to operate at.
Phase 2: Clientele, Marketing & Opportunity Creation
Next, we focus on who you want to work with and how to bring those clients in consistently. You’ll define your ideal clientele and build a strategy across marketing, networking, referrals, and visibility—so client flow becomes intentional instead of unpredictable.
Phase 3: Consults, Offers & Conversion
Then we refine how your business converts. You’ll restructure your consult process, strengthen your offers, and refine your pricing—so your time leads to higher-quality clients and stronger revenue.
Phase 4: Stylist to CEO
Once the front end of your business is working, we focus on how you operate inside it. You’ll develop the decision-making, boundaries, time management, and leadership required to run your business like an owner—not just deliver the service.
Phase 5: Action Audit & Precision
From there, you’ll evaluate what’s actually producing your current results. You’ll learn how to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change—so you stop guessing and start making precise, strategic adjustments.
Phase 6: Stability, Revenue Expansion & Sustainable Growth
Once you understand what’s working, we focus on strengthening and expanding it. You’ll refine your pricing and packaging, create more stability in your revenue, and explore additional opportunities to diversify your revenue through media exposure and brand partnerships—so your income grows without creating more chaos.
Phase 7: Scaling & Long-Term Vision
Finally, we focus on long-term growth. You’ll learn how to scale intelligently, build support, expand beyond one-to-one work through media and brand partnerships, and map out a clear three-year vision for your business.
This work is supported through:
Weekly live group coaching calls. Where the curriculum is applied to your real business, so you’re not guessing how to implement it.
Lifetime access to a community of established stylists. So you’re surrounded by others operating at a high level and not building this alone.
A private 1:1 consulting session. To dive deeper into your specific challenges, opportunities, and strategy.
Contracts, templates, and business resources. Including tools like the Action Audit and long-term planning frameworks, so you can implement what you’re learning immediately.
This isn’t just more information. It’s structure, support, and a higher level of thinking applied directly to your business.
If you’re ready to operate at a higher standard, sign up today and let’s get started.

This program is built for stylists who are ready to operate at a different standard.
Not just in how they work, but in how they think about their business.
They don’t rely on luck, referrals, or inconsistent momentum. They don’t make decisions based on what feels urgent in the moment. They don’t overextend themselves to keep everything moving.
They take ownership of how their business operates. They expect more from their clients. They expect more from their time. And they expect more from their results.
Because at this level, growth isn’t accidental. It’s created through how you think, how you decide, and how you run your business.
And the way your business is currently operating isn’t random. It’s the result of the standards you’ve set, whether you realize it or not.
Everything inside this program is built around one core principle:
Raise your standard, and your business will rise to meet it.
Most stylists keep adjusting what they’re doing, but the way their business operates never actually changes.
This is different.
This method aligns everything, so your business starts working as a whole.
You don’t need another strategy. You need a different standard. And a business built to match it.
Here’s what that actually produces in your business:
- →︎Higher-caliber clients. The kind who respect your time, your process, and your pricing.
- →︎More consistent income. So you’re not riding the highs and lows of unpredictable months.
- →︎Stronger conversions. So your consults actually lead to clients, instead of wasted time.
- →︎Pricing that reflects the value of what you do. Without second-guessing or adjusting every time someone says no.
- →︎A business that doesn’t rely on you working nonstop. Because it’s supported by systems, not constant effort.
- →︎Clear, reliable ways your clients come in. So you’re not always wondering where the next one is coming from.
- →︎Opportunities beyond 1:1 work. Including media exposure, brand partnerships, and collaborations that expand your reach and revenue.
- →︎A business that actually scales. So your growth isn’t limited by your time, capacity, or availability.
- →︎More time, space, and control. So you can step away and enjoy your life without everything falling apart.

The Reviews
“Sam is friendly and direct and passionate about the flexibility smart styling can bring.” – Stacy London, What Not To Wear
“When the student is ready, the teacher appears—and Samantha Brown is absolutely that teacher. But you also have to be ready for her, because she goes all in. Samantha brings an incredible mix of creativity, passion, and mastery of the stylist’s craft, alongside the brilliance and tenacity required to build a real business. For her, those two things are completely intertwined. She doesn’t just help you refine your eye—she helps you step fully into your role as a stylist and a business owner. I honestly don’t know if I would still be doing what I’m doing without her encouragement and her generosity in sharing her gifts this way.” -Paola Arencibia, Serious Style
“The idea that you would be attached to it makes it very valuable. Having a relationship with you is probably the best thing I’ve ever done for my business in terms of press, my network and the business ideas you so willingly share.” – Kam Throckmorton, Glam Kam Style
“I reached out to Samantha when I was first building my styling business, and her guidance was invaluable. While many people have the talent to style, Samantha brings the rare ability to translate that talent into a successful business. She is patient, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable, with years of experience in the industry. She’s not only a talented stylist, but a true mentor and a trusted resource for anyone looking to grow and scale.” – Jen Ublasi, Neiman Marcus
“I have you to thank for that. You are better than LinkedIn! I always tell my friends!”- Beatrice Topke, Saks Fifth Avenue
“Seriously, thank you so much for being so generous with your connections. Being your friend is better than having a PR team.”

Meet Your Mentor
I’ve owned my styling agency for over fifteen years.
During that time, I’ve scaled it to over 1,200 percent in revenue growth, maintaining consistent growth year after year.
That did not happen by accident.
It came from learning how to operate my business differently.
I’ve been featured on Good Morning America, Good Day New York, NY1, NY Live, Pix 11 and The New York Times. My styling credits include Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Nylon, GQ, Glamour, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Simon, Westfield, Nikon and many more. I also published a best selling children’s book, Dressing Up. I have never paid a single dollar for press or PR.
I’ve also been where you are. Working constantly, trying to figure out what actually moves the needle, and questioning whether there’s a better way to do this.
There is.
This program exists to show you how.

FAQ
Is this for beginners?
No, this is for stylists who are already working and want to elevate their business. While beginners will benefit from the material, this program is for established stylists who are looking to increase their revenue while implementing the correct systems and structures to do so.
Do you teach styling in this course?
No, this course is business-focused and the assumption is that your creative eye and process is already established. While there are modules about your services and preserving creativity, we do not discuss the fundamentals of styling clothing, outfit pairing, or “how to” perform those services.
What if I’m busy? Does this require a big time commitment?
The modules are self-paced, and the coaching calls ensure you stay supported while implementing the material and are recorded for later viewing. Being busy is not the same as being productive, and if you apply the material taught during the weekly modules, you will implement much stronger systems and practices to free up your time, stop revenue leaks and work with a more ideal client base.
Will this help me increase my income?
Yes! This program will give you all the tools you need to significantly impact your revenue. You will learn how to raise your rates, diversify income streams, budget, plug revenue leaks and structure your business in the most productive way to optimize income generating opportunities.
What if I’ve tried other programs?
Most programs focus on surface-level tactics. The Standard focuses on how you operate your business as a whole. We develop a strong foundation to set your business up for long term success and scaling. Many programs address the issues that beginners face during their launch years. The Standard helps stylists scale to multiple six figure businesses and beyond.
Hope Isn’t A Strategy
You can continue operating the way you have been and hope something shifts. But hope isn’t a strategy. Or you can decide to raise your standard and build a business that reflects your level of talent.
If you are ready to make that shift, this is where you do it.
